WinXP SP2 - Fixing blocked images in emails

In Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft is introducing a set of security technologies that will help to improve the ability of Windows XP-based computers to withstand malicious attacks from viruses and worms.

Installing SP2 changes the way in which emails are displayed in Outlook Express by:
Blocking images
All emails will be received without images. This means that by default, no images will be displayed in any email.

Blocking other external HTML content
In addition to images, Microsoft block all external content in an HTML email. This means that by default, you will not be able to see anything that is hosted on a remote server such as stylesheets, Flash animations, streaming video or music in your emails.
